This group is led by highly regarded STEM expert Naomi Hiscock. The network is coordinated by Sudha Sreedharan, Art & DT lead at Ellen Wilkinson Primary School. 

Who is this suitable for?

• Design & Technology leaders and coordinators (Primary & Secondary)

How does it work?

In conjunction with our local STEM expert Naomi Hiscock, this group aims to support three aspects of subject-specific teaching:

• Ensuring that subject leaders understand how to support their teachers with the subject-specific leadership

• Ensuring that subject leaders know how to plan and sequence a rich and engaging curriculum

• Developing teachers’ subject knowledge and subject-specific pedagogy

What does it involve?

• Members of this group will be able to attend three subject leader network meetings, one per term.

• Members of this community can access a range of materials to support this group, including access to training videos, articles and other resources
